OVERVIEW
Targeted tour, dedicated to research, contemplation and photography of the charmest Pantanal’s animal: the Jaguar.
With excursions which will lead us to the most internal Pantanal region, Porto Jofre;
all this in safe and very comfortable accomodations in the middle of the forest.

- Conditions: The cost of this Tour includes transfer from/to Cuiabà airport, transfer Poconé-Porto Jofre-Poconé in private airplane, stay in pousada by full board, daily excursions with a bilingual guide.
All expenses not mentioned in the routes and drinks are excluded.
ROUTE
DAY 1
Arrive to the airport of Cuiabà. Departure for Poconé (The Capital of Pantanal); a short tour of Poconé and departure with private flight toward “Pousada Piquiri”, located on the edge of the Piquiri river, tributary of the Cuiabà river (at 1 hour of flight from Poconé) in one of the areas of greater jaguar’s presence in the world. Arrived at the pousada, we’ll leave our luggage and have lunch.
Rest of the day completely dedicated at the search of the jaguar.
Supper and overnight stay in pousada.
DAY 2
Full day dedicated to research, study and contemplation of the jaguar.
Besides the Jaguar, in this area, we’ll have the opportunity to meet families of giant otters and tapirs…
In addition to innumerable kinds of birds, caymans of the Pantanal (Jacaré), iguanas, etc…
The entire Pantanal hosts between 4000 and 7000 exemplars of the third largest cat in the world, and in the region have been cataloged more than 200 units.
DAY 3
After breakfast, departure from the “Pousada Piquiri” toward Pousada Antigo Laje, that’s located at the edge of the “Encontro das Aguas” park.
Lunch in pousada and rest of the day completely dedicated at the search of the jaguar.
Supper and overnight stay in pousada.
DAY 4
Day entirely given to the search for and study of the jaguar.
DAY 5
After breakfast, return, with private flight, at the airport of Poconé, in relation to internal flight scheduled.
